What's happening to my plant?

What does this look like to you guys? If a deficiency, which one? Info: Pre-fertilized soil, using only PH'd water, week 5 veg, only this plant is affected, the other is showing no deficiencies. Is this a sign to start adding nutrients or do I have a bigger issue?

The steady little necrotic patches on all ur leaves would suggest pests. Something biting away at ur foliage. I'd definitely do a comb over using dome kind of magnification. Good luck fam

Been feeding 10-10-2 bat guano (super grow) and now some 1-9-1 (super bloom) for 3 weeks, still getting brown dead spots on older fan leaves. Maybe still a phosphorous deficiency and plant taking awhile to intake the nutrients?

Spider mites in flowering Spidermites detected in flowering. Still no webs forming on buds but there is small damage on leaves. I have neem oil but don't wanna ruin my buds with bad smell and heard neem is toxic to humans. Rosemary essential oil maybe? I will be washing the buds at harvest.
