Brown spots and yellowing

Just noticed some spotting on the older leaves looks like brown spots and yellowing I’m in the last few weeks of flowering is it something going on or getting ready for harvest not sure any advice or explanation to what it could be would be helpful

Looks like a Calcium deficiency.
^This can happen when using filtered water, with low PH (below 6.2 pH, Calcium can get locked out even if the Calcium is physically there)
^It’s recommended to use a Calcium supplement in hydro or coco or soil that hasn’t been supplemented with calcium.
^Also,too much potassium can also sometimes cause the appearance of a calcium deficiency.
^Flush with some calcium supplement and correct the PH amd in about a week it should improve.

Are you growing in Coco. If so, could be a magnesium deficiency. Check PH first, if not that then try increasing calmag further. Check PH after calmag as it will likely change your PH.

Wet shiny spots on leaves.I find occasionally such wet shiny spots on leaves. Any idea what the root cause and how to fix it?
They are not sticky although look like.
I cannot say whether they smell because smell of the leaf is too strong 😶

Its almost day 5 after emergence. Is this normal? Should I be concerned?
ALSO: It's still a seedling but, I maybe think the cup in which i'm growing it in is too small, or rather I put too little soil (9cm diameter , 4cm tall dirt).

1st time grower need advice and need to make sure my plants doing good.My plant strain is blue dream fast photoperiod by seedsman. I use foxfarm soil foxfarm nutrients and my ph stays between 6.5 - 6.8. my humidity is 36-40 percent. My temp is 65-70 F. I run a marshydro ts- 600 led. My grow is 2 1/2 weeks into flower.

I think one has to Die ??? :(3 days ago noticed the brown spots on one of 3 glookies, this one was "crippled" by begin gave her CalMag (0.5ml/L) 2 days ago looks worse and worse.
To protect the other kills or what would you advise?

First Grow 4 weeks into Veg - Let my humidity get too high for 1 night. Need help with mold/septoria/?Last 3 days I've pruned diseased leaves every morning, foliar sprayed peroxide leaves & topsoil, & added some to watering solution. Is only affecting one plant in tent. Humidity no longer issue (was waiting 4 inline fan). If I keep pulling off leaves it's going to die anyway.

3 days in, only cotydelons with no sign of the first true leaves. Have you seen this and has it recovered?This plant was stunted at the start after he couldn't get his hat off, but now looks pretty healthy however it's been 3 days of just cotydelons and absolutely no sign of the first true leaves. Have you had this before and did it recover to eventually grow true leaves?

Small brown points on older top leaves1 week ago she started to get small brown points on older top leaves,and I moved her away from light to exclude light burn. Now there are a lot more of them. I flushed her 5 weeks ago, now she is getting full dosage of nutes. But these points look like nutrient deficient to me.

Dry/Rot look on new LH day 52 from seed, Placing outdoor for week or 2 until I get proper Tent LED'sDay 35 Veg LH, issues, with lower branches, some of the New Toppings and Leaves looking dry/rot maybe over watering which i have no idea, it was under white CFL Bulb's and was inside 2x2 cupboard (MDF) and no control of RH, for 1-2 weeks, Going to put it outdoor for a week
