If there are red hairs on the flowers probably yes, if not wait. If super cold, then that is a different story. Some strains tolerate a 24 hour temp swing of >25°F, some don't. If its gonna freeze, get them indoors for the frost and then back out, or cover them. I wouldn't let a temporary weather pattern make a choice for you. The ones with a few yellow leaves look OK, but the ones that are more yellow all over, if you haven't feed them can you give them some compost tea? Like Boogie Brew.
