Hi Bud! I used exactly the same BioBizz nuts and soil in my first auto grown with RQS seeds and had the exact same issue. Exactly the same spots on the leaves...
So I can say I'm 90% sure it is a Calmag issue. I solved it by adding CalMag from BioBizz to the feeding with their recommended dosage = issue solved.
My water is pretty soft, around 50/70ppm so almost no Cal or Mag there, so pretty much expected.
You are pretty early on the flowering stage so if you act now I don't think it will affect your yield. Good luck!
