It looks like calcium and/or magnesium, yes. But it's hard to tell from the picture. It could also be a manganese deficiency if the spots are on the new growth more than the old. Calcium and magnesium would show on the oldest leaves and progress upwards, manganese would work from the top down. Either way, looks healthy and happy, I wouldnt worry too much.

Thought it was just appearance new growth but it’s been getting worse.
Newer growth is yellowish green from the centre of the leaves out (but the ridge lines of the leaf are still green)
Leaves are clawed and folded less flat than lower leaves

Ph IssueI want a Ph of 6.5, but when I check the runoff Ph I get 5.9 or 6.0. I just Ph'd the feed water at 7.0 to get around 6.5 where I want, but the runoff stays around 6.0. Any idea what's causing the Ph not to go up to where I want it at 6.5?Week 10

Deficiencyhi could anyone confirm if this is a calcium defiency they where last fed 2ml of grow 1ml of cal mag 1.5ml of bloom per litre the ph of feed was 6.15 and a tds of 501 is it possible the ph is to low in my soil I will check ph of soil next water

Should I remove foliage affected by deficiency, or just let it ride?Autoflower started showing sign of deficiency at week 8. Assuming CalMag, as I filter my water and affected area is new growth at top of plant (see pic).

Leaf burnt edgesOne leaf has burnt edges and is a little different looking, than the other leaves. Is this some kind of nutrient burn? I am using a light mix soil, and have not fed the plant with additional nutrients, except for a little root stimulant (half of recommenced dosage).
