Nothing wrong with defoliating autoflowers I do it all the time and have great success. The key is to only remove leaves that are blocking flower sites from the light and this should be done gradually if you remove too many at once it may cause stress. Declining soil level in pots - top them off?When I set up the pots for my outdoor grow I filled them about 1" below the top of the container. Since then, the soil mix has settled to the point where it is now about 4" below the rim of the pot. Do I need to be concerned? Should I be topping it off?
