Any pollinated flowers will develop brown pistils, a lot earlier than expected.
Killing the plant is your safest option as missing even just one pollen flower can result in enough pollen being released to make 100s of seeds.
Rain will slow the spread of pollen, but not stop it, and yes, pollen can travel for many miles in the wind, so 25m is not a safe distance.
Unless the male flowers have actually split open and released pollen, your other plants may still be safe.
Also, plants near hermaphrodites do not become hermaphrodites themselves just by being near or next to a real hermaophrodite, it is not a transferrable "condition", but something that is entirely controlled by genetics.
Remember too, any seeds found after harvest will contain dominant genetics for being hermaphrodite, they will not be feminised seeds, so will be no good to plant, unless you are interested in growing hermaphrodite plants!
As distressing as it may be to kill a plant that you have been growing for a long time already and for no reward, it has or will happen to everyone who grows cannabis sooner or later.
It can also happen with "guaranteed feminised" seeds unfortunately.
Hope this helps, Organoman.
