Weird buds??

So my buds have some weird growth I think? My girls have developed these growths at the top (and sides) of the buds. Is this normal? Do I need to fix it? My noob logic tells me ‘buds are getting bigger = all good’. But not sure if it’s a problem? Please help. Huge thanks

Foxtailing. Caused by light/heat stress or could just be genetics. Some will say it hurts yields while others say it helps. I see you are running HIDs. How far are they from canopy and what are your temps like?

Thank you @stayweeded. Yeah sounds like my problem, generally been a struggle to keep temps down but the last few days it’s been warm out. Good news is it really cools down after today. I only went hid due to budget. May reinvest what I save on buying crap weed into leds next time. Massive relief it’s not a bigger issue. Thanks again!

This is foxtailing, can be caused from using bloom boosters to late into flower, light stress can do this and also heat can make them do this. If it happens all over your bud it is just the way the plant grows. Foxtails are just as good to smoke as the normal bud. Cheers friend

Amber trichomes at day 50. Not sure how long to let it go before it starts to degrade.My Cosmic Gold is a Mephisto cross of 2 strains that are supposed to go 65-70 days each. I accidently stressed it, stunted it and it started flowering a little early. It's now day 50 and I can see amber trichomes at the top. Mostly milky lower.

Good weight???Will I still get good weight from 3 stardawg cuttings under a 600w light , being fed water no added nutrients I switched them 12 days ago, they look healthy got a few 3 fingered leaves , they have started to flower niceley. do you guys think please get back to me !!!!

Odd shaped bud What is going on with my flower. I didn't go week by week. PH 5.8-6.2. ppm 550-800 between the 5 plants. I use .25 tsp beastie bloom per gallon, 4 big bloom, 2 big grow, 1 tiger bloom, 1.5 ml calmag, 3 ml hydroguard. Looks deformed and wider than the rest

am i peaking to early or is the amount of trichomes this early in flower a good sign?my question is not problem related, rather than curiosity based. the girl in question has in my opinion, a lot of trichomes for day 32 of flower. fyi, i started counting days of flower by the first visible pistils during 12/12 schedule. is my abundance of tri's strictly genetic?
