Not sure what happend but I neither have a male nor a hermie in my tent. When I cut these parts of the buds there is always a dot in there. Are these dots seeds? has someone experienced the same? will they grow to full seed?

Those tiny little pea looking green "dots" are baby seeds. There must be at least one male flower, somewhere! "Ovules" will not be visible to the naked eye. Yes, given enough time, they will grow into adult seeds. These seeds, coming from hermie pollen, will have dominant genes for being hermies too. They WILL NOT be "feminized" and basically useless for future grows.........unless you are keen on breeding a line of pure hermies!

there's literally schematic of the anatomy of female flower available, that's an ovule most prolly unpollinated: https://2fast4buds.com/static/img/sm_2014b1a513b3cc25cdc988fcb07f7176.jpg also seeds from an hermie are feminized seeds , and the chance for hermie won't be especially higher than their parent. i can't tell as i grow some once in a while

Your plant is a hermie, you cut opened future male flowers. At least it looks like. At same spot should be single calaxies , at some photos i see them, others look strange, like hermie ones.
