Seed germination problem

too much humidity , just plant it and pray, also you can start a new seed just in case. the towel should be humid but not wet

yellow roots are never a good sign.. it hink it rotted just plant the seed like it is and wait for showing up Iam using kitchensponge for germination intead of kitchen paper The sponges keep the seed humid but not wet, and it keeps the water longer, so it does not fry out your seed looks drowned look into my diaries there you have pictures, of using kitchensponges

Yep thats strange. Was your towel clean and never used before ? Try to delicately pull the shell out with a toothpick and tweezers but this is a risky situation, go really soft with this.

That is strange. Usually the tap root comes from where the seed cracks before the leaves show. Dont know if its salvageable. I plant directly into the soil with great success. Pointy end un 1/4 inch down and 2 to 4 days later the babies are born. You dont have to handle the delicate new tap root so no stress when first born, that alone will give you faster, better growth.
