Milky trichs?

Cannabisflakes
Cannabisflakesstarted grow question 4 years ago
What's your thoughts about the color of these trichs guys? Don't see any amber, a lot of clear ones and some milky ones 😨 Since they're so late on blooming, I find strange the trichs taking Forever to mature 🤔 What about those new White hair growing besides the nanners? 😱🙊

Bro... you're in the hardest part of the grow. This is the time I lock up my shears lol!!! I recommend you let them ride until you've got 20% - 40% amber, depending on your love of the dandy stanky glue. That new growth looks to me like the finishing round. Wait... just wait... If you want a sample cut the lowest branch off the plant, hang it and quick dry it. I always do that and if the preemie bud is primo, then I know the wait is going to be worth it.

I definitely see some ambers, but not too many. Unfortunately, with those nanners, I would harvest ASAP before you get seeds. The bud is definitely better now than if it gets pollinated. I would also pluck out the nanners with tweezers, taking the entire sac with it so it doesn't burst.

Hey there , some genetics have trichomes that turn milky slowly , or even turn very light beige color instead of amber. Maybe it's one of those genetics. She seems to have started foxtailing a little bit , probably from being left to flower for so long. The main thing is to make sure you're looking at the trichomes at the right magnification 60x or more, at lower magnifications than that the trichomes always look clear or milky. But yeah nothing you can do to speed it up, one thing to know is that trichomes take an average of 2 weeks to reach maturity , sometimes they all become milky overnight. The only thing you can do is keep checking and stay patient. Hope this helps ! 🚀

Hi, Oh man, your plant its almost fone, give it little more time and it will eventually turn. Maybe try reducing water intake, keep humidity low (dry Environment) and a bit cold on the temp. this might help you to increase resin production. something To do while you wait for the amber thricomes to turn. Happy harvest!!

Looks like the plant has gone too long that would explain the nanners ( if it wasn't a hermie) and the new pistils. As far as the trichomes they seem mostly cloudy. Hopefully, I answered your question and remember Happy Growing and Free your mind one puff at a time.
