hey there Chaiwatv , the light intensity is important but it's actually less important that lamp to plant distance, that's the space between the bulb and the top of the plant. What you need to do is lower your lights to about 30cm away from the plant. it looks like it's too close but actually it's totally fine like that... just be a bit careful about the temperature. For the stretched out seedlings , just take care of them by putting them a bit lower in the basket and it wont actually be a problem moving forward. Hope this helps ! 🚀

Hey Growmie, The stretching is being caused because the need more light 8 watts isn't a lot at all which is why the seedling is stretching so badly. The only problem this can cause in the future is the seedling could actually fall over and you'll need to help it stand back up until it's stronger. Feel free to send me a message if you ever need help, we've all be new at one point, and advice can vital. Hopefully, I answered your question and remember Happy Growing and Free your mind one puff at a time.

Hi! The stretchint tells that they want more light cos they are growing rapidly towards it. You can put lights closer and bury the long stem in the soil when repotting so it wont cause amy harms in the future!
