Hello. Your plant is too young yet to have a thick stem. That comes from time, and maybe a slight breeze on the plant, to help it get stronger.
Be careful not to dry out the plant/soil, as it is still dependent on humidity.
If she is getting top heavy, then as MajorComa said, stick some kind of support into the soil, on the side it is leaning, to prop it up, in the mean time.
And yes, make sure the plant is not stretching, due to lack of light.

Anyways, the light intensity is too low. Support the little one gently with a trellis. It will thicken later surely.

I've put the seed into full coco,prewatered.It was planted on 28/02,sprouted 3 days later,stopped growing since. I don't think it'll survive but even if it does,it will be a weak one I think.I have one more seed,thinking about replacing with it.Light and darkness both didnt work

Last week a couple of stems were going soft mid stem and becoming paper thin. Leaves all looked healthy. I think it was maybe a sign of over watering? Seems to be ok now but stunted the plant for about 5 days give or take. Would just like a rough idea to the causes.Week 4

Droopy plantFirst thought over watered in a fabric pot feeding 3ml a day in 1L ph’d water, 24 hours later no improvement. Now I’m pushed to a nitro excess or a feed excess as most leaves are shiney solid green. Still using oldtimer grow as 5 days into flower. Should I flush and move to bloom

Accidental stem bendI accidentally cause a break in one of the cola's stems. Just wondering if folk with experience could say if this is likely to be a problem and if so how much of a problem? Was thinking I could put some Rhizotonic dilution in a spray bottle to help her recover?
