Recovery after broken stem

Accidentally broke main steam right before juicy top with some pre-flowers (white hairs). Photos were taken 24 hours after accident. I did the right thing with fixing it with tape? Or it will not produce flowers now and was it better to cut it out completely?

She would dia off in 24 hours if would not have a chance, now all looks good. Will be even beneficial, extra pump capacity. Heavy version of supercroping, but all will be fie from look.
In 10-14 days take it off.
I usually use paper tape , one lair, glued to each other with tongue, for plant if grows to have chance to expand bandage/paper tape.

If the top is still alive then you did good on mending it. Usually a breathable tape or method of keeping it together is best so nothing starts festering under the bandage. I would not mess with it at this point.

Do stems thicken up during flower?More a question out of Idol curiosity, I've managed to train an even canopy with what will hopefully be 7 main colas, and there's a few sites that aren't in the top canopy that look like they could do well

Tall seedlingsI started with lamp on 80cm, on day 3-4-5, so the stems were growing very tall.
I decided to rapidly hang the lamp much closer (40cm on day 6-7). They start "buffing up" now, but 2 of 3 really fell down so i had to start supporting them.
Hopefully I made the right choice?

Stretchy and pale stems - Heeeelp, am I losing my plant??Hey guy, this is my second grow journey and my plant it's getting into the second week with +/- 3 inches and it's stretched with a pale stem.
It's actually getting more sunlight and I'm using these stake to help it stand up straight.

SNAPPED MAIN STEM HALF WAY DURING WEEK 5 (still in Veg)During LST I snapped the main stem of one of my Pineapple Express Autos. It very easily snapped almost completely off but it still has a few fibres left. I panicked &used duct tape and some sticks to keep it supported. Has anyone done this before? Is it successful? Day 37 - Main Stem Split in Half on Manifolded Plant: Is the Plant Salvageable?The stem on one of my manifolded plants has split in half at the base. I tried to salvage the stem by using garden tie knot with a zip tie to bring the halves back together. Is this going to kill the plant or is this plant salvageable? Thank you for your advice.

Why is week-old seedling starting to fall over?Why is the seedling in the foreground falling over? Is it from stretching? I planted it on January 28, and moved it to the tent a couple of days ago. It was doing fine until yesterday. (I've removed it from the tent and put it back under the CF bulbs in the bathroom.)
