maybe the crux is in ther germination method,,,, but first look at the seeds, do they look ripe ( nice color and shiny scale) are they dense, or break if you press softly took at she shell it should be anice solid shiny shell ... if its scaly not good step2... let them soak for 18-24 hours in lukewarm water on a warm place step2---- let them germinate where it is dark and humid,,, but not wet I take clean new Kitchensponges and let them soak in warm water... then I lay the seed inbetween So its humid , but not drowing wet and dark Warm place for 3-5 Days...... you should see after 2 days that the seed is opening and a root shows up Then plant them into a well pürepared soil around 1cm deep , with the root in direction bottom cover it alittle and water very gently... Give the seeds an " open dome" to keep humidity high ( i take old plasticbottles, cut them in halves, and poke some holes in it And no look for them twice aday they should show up after 2-3 days Dont get it to wet or to dry for them , always look for good drainage of your growmedium Automatic seeds plant after germinate in final pot Keep on growing

Are you germinating or planting. I just plant mine pointy end up. If you germinate the plant gets planted with the tap root pointing up, it does a u turn downwards so if you put the tap root downwards you planted upside down. Just planting the seed pointy end up then keep moist, mine always pop within 3 to 4 days and I dont have to handle a new born baby stressing it right off. Cheers
