Looking at the bud it's not getting enough light to mature, thats why it's taking so long. I doubt more time will improve this so at this point you might as well chop.

Plant buds look weeks apart.So I just can't figure out if my buds are where they should be and why they wouldn't be. Odd growth, rusting/yellowing leaves?6 plants same strain. Coco/perlite, noticed nutrient burn few weeks ago did 2 waterings using 1/4 strength nutes of usual. Back to usual str but a little less. One plant wilting/droopy? Some good buds on one but others not so much? What's going on here? Lower growth looks ok?Buds. Not fattening
