You haven’t so many options. Only try to bend it but if u can’t do it you can only change box or buy a led light that will take less space and you can dim it to not burn your buds

I have a 5' tall tent and I bought autos cause of that limitation. I'm already 7.5 weeks in and my autos from top of pot to top of plant are every but of 3-3.5'. Another 6" to 12" and they will be touching the top. Is there anything at this stage of the game I can do or am I SOL

Weak and too long stalk?Stalk looks to be very thin and weak. The head (leafs) seems to be kind of too heavy for the plant. It was very long too but I added some more soil for more stability. There was a short time without sun because I was not at home. It doesn't looks like other people's plants. Is it all fine?

sehr unterschiedliches Wachstum Die Rechte hört nicht auf in die Höhe zu wachsen mehrere Zentimeter täglich! Sie ist mittlerweile über 70 Zentimeter hoch und langsam kann ich die Lampe nicht mehr höher hängen. Die Linke hingegen wächst fast garnicht mehr und sieht auch etwas traurig aus. Beide gleich alt. Help

Has the early stretch ruined my plant at the first hurdle?Not really seeing growth in the way I have in past grows, should I cull one because of the stretch so early on and start again, or will it level out in a week or two?? Flower Stretch and Mainlining Flower Stretch Question When I flip to flower, she will stretch and about double in size. Does this include all the bare growth I have cleared off during toppings? ie, if the stalk at the bottom is 12" from the bottom to the start of the last topping, does that 12" count in?
