Why would you only water the center of the soil? Roots need to SEARCH for water, and not sit on water... Water the whole soil, them next time water from the sides only....

Pour être sur d avoir le bonne éclairage tu peut télécharger l application ( = PPFD meter sur Android mais sa doit être dispo pour Apple aussi . Une fous télécharger tu place le téléphone sur le point le plus haut de ta plante et tu lit la messure à se stade = plantureux on vise 400..600ppfd.. so tu a plus fait dîner ta lampe ou l éloigner et si tu a moins tu rapproche la lampe 🔦 et avec une petite recherche Google tu trouvera les ppfd idéal poyr chaque phase de ta plante (plantureux.vegetative.floraison)

Dont water every day... (wait until the top soil is dry and increase the radius every watering so the roots dont feed on dust) And unless the light is to far away its just that... bit to much water.

Well I love everything you've done OK. There are two things you should probably do here.. one is to add some soil (not much) around each seedling to give it a little bit of extra support - and then either lower your lights or raise the percentage... they're stretching because they want to get to the light and it's too far away or too dim...
