How to expand plants horizontally ?

I want to expand my plants more laterally rather than vertically for more bud sites any suggestions ? / When should I use ScrOG ? By looking at my pictures what can you suggest :) thx for the support guys

You have bended the plant to the wrong side, you have covered the sprout that is coming up. I like to start topping at the 3rd node and reapeat it for 3 times and then the plant is ready to go under the scrog net and start the flowering under it. Lst is good but you have to do it properly, first start when the plant is young to not fill up all the vertical space that is the more difficul to tread with Hope to be clear and useful

What's going on here?Some buds on both strains are showing this look. It isn't widespread but is on 3 of 5 plants. Close to harvest and isn't a major deal but do want to know for future grows. My grow looks good. I will update my diary this weekend. We have to keep those buds looking good.

To the bin… i guess So, i harvested with gloves, trimmed with gloves, stored at 1/4 capacity of the jar and hace opened the jar daily a couple of minutes, 55% humidity booster placed inside, i don’t think this is trichomes getting frosty, it’s clearly mold, isn't it? So, to the bin i guess…?
