Is this LST true?

I can't tell from the pics, but you need to be sure you're not using anything, like string or thin wire, that can "bite" into the plant as it pushes against the LST. LST that attaches to stems also should have enough room in the "hook" to allow for the stem to get bigger as it grows. Beyond that, it looks fine. Don't let your leaves sit on or in the soil as it can burn the leaves just like nute burn, even if you aren't adding nutes yet (since your soil has starter ones).

Hello.. Hope you are well.. Yes u av done lst correctly.. U can do it as many times as u like wenever a branch gets to long and to help shape ur growth patterns.. It can still b done during flowering but b careful as branches tend to harden of wen they know they about to hold up a heavy bud!! 😂.. Stay safe n gud luck with her.. 👍🍀

Actually what I would have done is that i would have let the topped girl grow a little and then start to tie those branches down. But it doea not matter how and when you do it cos the method is the same always. When top cola is lowered under other colas it wont be your main anymore etc. Hope you get the idea

Hi! That looks spot on! The main idea on lst is to bend the top colas down and this will transfer auxins from main cola to other parts and by doing this the plant starts to make lower branches new main colas. You repeat this process until you are satisfied with the bush you have produced.
