I don't use a dome just keep substrate wet weight and good lighting

Take off the dome when they will be rooted and able to intake water by their roots system.

Hey G,
theyre looking healthy and happy. I would take the dome off. At this stage of the plant you can already orientate yourself on the VPD table and no longer have to permanently ensure 80% + RH. I recommend 27 degrees Celsius by day and 20 degrees by night and 75% RH.

Remove them for about 20 minutes, if after they are not wilting then they should be ok.
