Low stress training did this. Can it be fixed or is this an opportunity for cloning?

If its still hanging on, tape it up, tie it up and see if she heals. If it's completely broken off then just going to have to lose it, you could attempt to clone it branches off it but not the whole stem

Somethimes have fixed it with some cortexaplant and some wires to stick the branch. But i see that yours is altready scarred or so it seems, if u want u can wait 2 days and see if it can restick to the plant but i think cloning is the best way to use it, cause it maybe will not restick at all and the productivity of it will be alterated

ooohhh I'd always say to tape it up and let it heal and keep going...but that almost looks a little mold like fluff in the break which is something we all have to watch out for, often damage sites are where we will first find rot/mold/ etc. So yes id say cut and clean, maybe a water peroxide dip first and then see if it can be cloned.👍
