Hey guys all seem's to be going well but I have come across a small issue they have stretched a lot and are only 2 days into the second week of flower. They are now at least 1m tall and have god about 35cm from the lights which I cant raise suggestions ?? no heat damage yet

Hello
I've been able to grow plants no closer than 10-12 inches from the light with no negative effects. When i got closer to the 6-8 inch range that was hard. So 35cm could be doable.
The other suggestion would be to super crop the tallest branches, it's not as intense as it might seem but very effective, as long as you're gentle and take it slow with the pinch and bend, then just make sure they're secure and supported.👍

Thanks for the advice guys. I got lucky and the rest of the plants have decided to catch up. I also measured the distance from lights and there 48cm so 20 inches so all good

You have placed the lamp too high and some plants stretch a lot, 35cm are not few, try to bend the higher branches and place the lamp a little bit closer to the plants in flowering

Plants will grow all the second week , and your strain have a big internodal space, if u can bend it or dim the light, you haven’t any others option unless the cut or another box

Can plants recieve light from the sun and artificial lights?What is the general consensus about allowing your plants have both artificial light with some direct sunlight as well?
I put my plants on the window ledge to get 4-6 hiurs of direct sunlight, they literally explode with growth and thickness everytime I do this. I live 18th floorWeek 3
