Just noticed this strange root growth late in flowering. It's firm and spongy in consistency. Is this normal?

Hey the roots that you are referring to looks like some new small roots coming in. The colour will be off for them as they are pretty fresh. Your plant is looking great. Great job

Roots sticking out in 3 gallon is this normal 2 weeks after transplant?I grow in a 3 gallon and the roots are sticking out beneath but the plant has not substantially grown and she only got transplanted 2 weeks ago to this pot. Indoor companions in the same container? I already use the CO2 mushroom bags. But what about in with the plants container an in an indoor grow?I am using coco coir and perlite as the medium. I would assume it would only make a difference if it was in the same container as the plants to interact. Or be a fungus, I think most produce at least some amount of CO2.

Mesh plastic pots and root health?Is using these mesh plastic pots going to give me issues with lights getting to the roots for young seedlings? I plan to transplant into fabric pots well before they fill these up with roots, but they will likely be in these mesh plastic pots for 2ish weeks.

What size pot for final homeI am ready to transplant this girl. I have a 7 gallon plastic pot or a 30 gal tote from big lots I can drill holes in. Is the 30g overkill considering I only have 2-4 weeks until flower or will a increase in yield make it worth it? It has been in a 5g outdoors for 3 weeks.

Carry on or start againFirst try dwc and has not gone well from the start. Plants whent very yellow way more than they are now., I think they got way to wet. bigger one has roots just showing threw net. Question is should I bin the lot and start again 🤷

Root Knot Nematode? Larvae? I think it killed this seedling.I found some type of critter crawling around what was left of the root of a dead seedling. I'd love to know what it is, and what to do with the other 2 plants in the tent. I pulled this one and removed the bucket from the tent. Video in diary.
