Ladybugs are a good option if growing in a sealed room.

If you don’t want to spend on commercial shit, mix one cup water, half cup of veggie oil, a teaspoon of cayenne or preferred hot pepper sauce and a tablespoon of dish soap, shake the shit out of your plants to displace as many aphids as possible first spray her down well bottoms first then tops, the soap and oil helps it stick to the leaves and remaining aphids the franks or whatever your preference is deters a return of them and also seems to deter the hatch!!

Try half a tablespoon of baking soda a few drops of oil and 2 drips of dish soap in a litre spray bottle and shake well. Spray every other day for a week

Hey So i like to use a combination treatment. First if the plant is able to be outside where you can wash and wipe some off with hands towel and water that helps. Then i use dr Bonner's castile soap, it's the best method, as a spray..it breaks down their outter body but wears off quickly, so do a few treatments 3-4. Then ill come in with neem last because it has an unpleasant taste and smell, so that i use to help keep them away(the trunk, the soil, the underleaves and branches.)
