Pequeñas pintas rojas en la parte superior de la planta

I noticed some small red spots on one of the plants at the top, this part is the closest to the light.
They don't seem to be mites or insects since they are inert. I took a closer look with a magnifying glass, but I still can't figure out what it is.
I would appreciate any info.

If you are fearing bug infestation, use a little dawn soap and water and spray the undersides of leaves then the top sides. You can also spray buds. Do this at just before lights out and keep your fan going so plants can dry quicker. Cheers

Growing problemMy last 6 plants (different strain and ferti) grow up slowly and with less foliage. Even in pre flower the plants stretch while I do LST, then at the 2nd flowering week they drastically stop stretching, is it normal? Every strain is having the same result approx 15g for plant

Is this a unsuccessful grow? Outdoor growIs it weird that my roommates plant is flowering at a month and a half? So only 6 inches long and had like 8 true leaves.
