Too much Nitrogen?

here you can see the actual Color of my Queens leaves cause under the lights it gets a bit yellowish . And I wanna ask , maybe too much Nitrogen ? It’s really thick and shinny with deeeeep green Color . Stem is turning red 🧐

Yes reduce the N, also you are now in flowering time to cut it

Why do I have brown/black spots on my OG leaves?Bare with me please. I purchased "aPotforaPot" kind of on a whim late one night.
