Check the PH for the medium you’re using. If it’s not right you’re guessing at what’s wrong.

NO diary hard to tell. Lot of questions but no replies allowed on questions :( Looks to me like issues with Calcium and the tips are looking burnt. If your giving Ca then maybe PH is off or something else in the medium is blocking it. Start a dairy and link it so other have a better understanding of whats happening.

It could be a number of things.I rarely advise calmag as you should have plenty in your base food.Make sure your ph is correct as big swings make certain nutrients unavailable.It could be fungus.You have tip burn so you're plenty of nutrients but it coulkd be lacking certain ones like calcium and magnessium.
