The amber trichs look like they're on the sugar leaves. Check the actual buds the leaves mature a little faster. I'd say wait about a week but check every other day or so.

As stated below - your pics are of leaves not bracts/calyxes/the actual bud. That’s what you want to be judging on - not the sugar leaves.
Anyways I say pull it now or within the next few days

At week 5 of flowering, I've read guides but all strains are diff. Does it look like it's time to start flushing 2 weeks and then chop?I have 4 different strains in my tent with different needs. Next time, probably keep it to one or two strains.
