Hey! You still have some clear trichomes but there are plenty coudly ones. I'd say you have about a week or two, it really varies on how fast they transform. Harvest window opens when you start getting amber pistils(hairs). The best way to check when to harvest is looking at the trichomes on buds. Clear trichomes haven't reached their full potency, cloudy ones are full of THC and amber are losing THC while gaining CBN. So depending on your preference whether you want more of a head high or body high. I normally start to look at trichomes when there are about 50/50% white and amber pistils. I harvest when after examining and finding 70% cloudy trichomes and 30% amber trichomes. For me that's a prefect combination, depending on the strain as well. With some strains I go with lower amount of amber trichomes but always atleast 10%. As for what they look like, clear trichomes look like glass, cloudy like plastic and amber like resin. To look at the trichomes you need at least a 60X jewelers loupe, you can find it for 5-7€ anywhere.. Good luck and happy Growing!

You could get a magnifying app for your phone. The free one I use is Magnifying Glass and it works well enough to see trichomes when you zoom in on the pic. I’d say you’re getting pretty close to done, and your plant looks really good. If you’re only at 8 weeks total you probably should keep going a bit longer. Don’t make the mistake I did on my first plant last year of harvesting too early....if you can’t wait to try some just take a tester off. By the time the tester is dried and smokeable the rest of the plant will be more mature and heavier.

hey there Bozwell, i'm seeing all clears here. The good news is trichomes take an average of two weeks to mature once they start the process. Right now you're not there yet, but it really depends on the genetics. Some genetics mature slower, some mature faster, some mature but instead of milky they have just like a dot in them , others turm a different color than amber sometimes. Anyway sometimes the trichomes can even all turn overnight. The best thing you can do is keep checking on them until you're not seeing any clear trichomes anymore , that's the maximum potency of your plant : no clear, all milky few ambers. Hope this helps ! 🚀
