Yeah given that it’s just that one main branch - I’d just “super crop” or bend that thing right over at a 90 like hashy stated. Hopefully you’ve initiated flower if this is a photo plant, if not - you’re likely gonna have your hands full with stretching when you do. If you haven’t started flower light cycle - I’d top/cut a bunch of the tall branches down, allow for a few days of recovery until you see them growing again and flip your light to 12/12

I would just tie that high branch back as it seems your into flowering now. Maybe do the same with the others to give yourself room for flowering stretch. Some strains grow double the size in flower

Can I make a suggestion and super cropping the tall colas. It's basically bending the branches 90 deg. Look it up on the net.

Hey, it absolutely depends on your type of plant. Autoflowers are not easy to control and you could end up trying to lift your lights up or cut down a main cola. For photoperiodic strains you could simply put them back to veg and top/fim them down to your preferred size. But in both cases the safest way would be a late training, where you try to keep your plants colas at the same hight, by tying them down. You should still be careful and go step-by-step, day-by-day. It's not about pulling branches, more like stretching them. Good Luck and Happy Harvest!

Get rid of the ratchet height adjusting cords. Use wire, light rope or zip ties to hang your light as high as possible. It looks like you could gain another 15cm of height but I think you will be in trouble again since your plants are not in flower yet. I don't know what you are growing but if it is a photo I would have switched to 12/12 light schedule long ago to get the plant to flower. You can expect a lot more height when it does flower. You can also top the plant to remove the tallest parts. Your tent looks very full so I don't think you have room for LST or other training techniques.
