I need help, the cold and humidity are increasing a lot and I don't know whether to cut or wait? What would you do? I know the photo isn't very good, I'm sorry.

Cut it NOW!, don't let humidity ruin your harvest. My advice is that if there's a lot of humidity, cut all the branches and leaves, separate them into small pieces, and put a fan on them. If you can add a small heat source, even better. Cheers!

Cold and humidity are perfect for mold. I’m dealing with it myself at the moment. Yesterday, the plant was fine and now today I had mold/mildew and a little bud rot. Luckily I only lost maybe a couple grams and was able to salvage the rest of the plant. I agree with @Dairon, cut the plant now. Do a wet trim and cut each bud off the branch. Place them on some sort of mesh screen to dry if possible, anything that will allow airflow around the buds. Foldable laundry baskets work well and are pretty cheap compared to a drying rack.
