Which light cycle should I use in my tent

you can run a 20-4 cycle for the first two weeks then go to a 18-6 for veg and 12/12 for flower unless they are autos. then it will be 18-6 for flower with autos. the standard light cycle is 18-6 for veg

If it's an Amazon LED run both settings at once... Alot of the lights don't even run the fan with just Bloom on and most of the lights power is in the veg setting.. I run both spectrums in the full life of my auto's

If u have a bloom spectrum in the light power it in one two weeks , when the autos start flower, they will grow so you will raise your light also from the little photos, so much power is ok for them and optimal for autos, u can raise the little plants a little maybe if the autos in flowering will be tall and they will not catch enough light.
