based on tightness of the nodes, i'd agree it's probably a bit too much light, but nothing catastrophic.
if you recently put it outside, there will be an adjustment period. artificial lights, even commercial strength, are not an equivalent to swimming in the suns rays... egulfed from all angles by 2000 or more ppfd.
baby it a bit... use the resulting internode length of new growth to judge light intensity... not too stretchy / not too tight and you are all good.
