I moved my girls outdoors today. I watered her with plain pH water. I saw the leaves pointing up. I thought it was something good until I did some research and saw where it was caused by light stress. is this true? new grower. what happens if the soil is on the plant?

You’ll find both sides of spectrum on whether this is good or not. Genetics do play a role.
I’d say don’t sweat it because
A - you just moved it outdoor
B - it’s a young plant, it may grow out of it

One thing to concern like steve said. Internode length. I give my indoor plant too much and she grow bushy and hard to train.
As long as they not suffering from heat nor intensity it no worry.

They are just happily growing towards the light :)
I think the leaves gonna settle down in a while when they’re bigger.
A little bit of soil won’t produce a big damage but you should try to keep the leaves clean from soil as far as you can.

based on tightness of the nodes, i'd agree it's probably a bit too much light, but nothing catastrophic.
if you recently put it outside, there will be an adjustment period. artificial lights, even commercial strength, are not an equivalent to swimming in the suns rays... egulfed from all angles by 2000 or more ppfd.
baby it a bit... use the resulting internode length of new growth to judge light intensity... not too stretchy / not too tight and you are all good.

Leaf Symptom DiagnosisThe leaves (pictured with weird wrinkles and crispy edges) are showing some form of stress. Theory is that they were dehydrated from the overly salty medium, but I'd love to hear from a more experienced coco grower about if and how I should intervene to alleviate the stress.

Upward curling of leavesOne of my plants has started to have it's lower leaves curl upwards & started to go a yellow tint that's harder to see in my images. Yellow tint is starting higher up as well I think, but the curling is only on the low leaves. Is it nutrient defficiency, heat stress, wind stress?

Curling leaves dark greenpurp auto was knocked over the 1st week I think it's still trying to recover or burned by the kind hot soil at the bottom the might have got mixed up when the cup fell over.. I dont know why it looks like this but it's still growing. Just added cal mag.

Organic soil 0.1-0.1-0.1 60% soil 40% perlite soil is pretty damn dry on topThe girls seem to be doing ok, little bit of curl up on some of the leaves, which indicates I over watered, humidity is usually 40-50%. I water 1 time per day with a mister, it's only been last few days that leafs curl up. Is it time for nutrients?. They are 10-11 days old.TIA

10 days ago Blackjack with phosphorus, 0.2 ml for flowering.
The plant is sometimes in a box, sometimes by the window in the sun.
The weather is good for 3 days and I spend 3-4 hours outside in the sun.
