9 day old seedlings are drooping

Hi I'm growing autoflowers in coco and perlite .they are nine days old and are getting really droopy.im assuming it's due to over watering.i haven't given them anything but r/o water.can anyone tell how to fix my situation.thank you

To find out if it's overwatering, stick your finger in the soil. If it's wet just simply let it dry out and it will recover. However, you can also get droopy plants from underwatering so if you finger is bone dry, give her some juice!

Seedling looking sick/weak/sad, please help.What could be the reason why the White Widow seedling´s cotyledon leaf and the only 2 mini true leaves shrunk and look a little bit less alive? please look at my seed 3 days after germination and tell me if she is a gonermy germination pot fell while being moved. one seed got out but it wasn't rooted yet, I put it back in. do you think she will be okey or do I germinate another one?
