How many hours a day to run air and water pumps in RDWC system

Hi community, setting up my first grow and using the BubblePonics 12 site RDWC bubble flow bucket system. How many hours a day, ideally, should I run the air pump? and the water pump? Thanks in advance!

I would run both 24/7 especially the air pump but ideally both. The more the water is moving the more oxygen it will contain. Also if it is bubbling and moving it will have the most oxygen content which will utilise the benefits of the system in the first place. Happy growing buddy👍

all the time. those roots need the air your plants will not be healthy if you turned them off. those bubbles is how the plants stays alive, and you do want to keep your plants alive dont you?
