Besides the risk of pests, is there any downfall to taking my autoflower outside sometimes to get more space and fresh air? The light I’m using is pretty small so I don’t think my plant is getting hit throughout the entirety of it. I’ve been taking it outside every other day

If your plant is "hardened" to real sunlight then you could take it outside to get more intense light. Keep in mind that the plant does best with consistent 16-18 hours of light per day. Doing it now and then might do more harm than good and I certainly would not leave it out over night which would mean it's getting a much shorter light period. I personally would not risk pests and disease by going outside. Either grow inside or outside. I would spend the money and get a better light and keep your plant inside where you can control the environment for maximum yield.

Do not go from artificial light to sun light and back. Will kill your plant most likely. The plant is not hardened for real sun light. DO NOT DO THIS. Leave it out or in.
