Like Unorthodox mentioned. Download a free app for your phone and you can get a reasonable estimate. Obviously which way the window faces makes a big difference. South facing to catch the sun is best but since you have trees and snow you're not getting a whole lot of light. Add in your short number of daylight hours and you'll be needing your grow light (whatever a "extra low spektrum" light is???) especially for autoflowers that can benefit from very long daylight. I just checked and I get about 1'000 less PPFD through a dual pane window and screen than being outside which means I'm loosing over half of the light to the glass.

number of hours of light / total hous of light per day * left out that second part... fyi, all phone apps measure Lux, even if they spit out a DLI value that is just "klux * some factor = DLI". If the phone doesn't also measure SFD, which i don't believe it does, the factor may or maynot be accurate. Luckily most lights are not so different from each other anymore, so it won't be WAY off o anything but depending on how much you light deviates fom the SFD they used to create the 'factor' used will impact accuracy more. the regional maps will be better numbers to use.. real equipment was used to measure that. even with the drawbacks of phone apps, they are great for measuring proportional intensity, which is all oyu need given the DLI map. then it's just a matter of further reducing that value based on non-optimal conditions... very easy.

This depends on many factors, but the pane of glass is one of teh smaller ones.. . hous of light per day... how much can you give it of direct sunlight? how long are your days? Now look up DLI for your region. "DLI map" -- i found this with "dli map north america" -- https://www.canr.msu.edu/resources/daily_light_integral_dli_maps Now, divide the number of hours you can provide of direct sunlight (maybe requires moving it around to increase hours) and multiple that % by the DLI for your region and time of year. This will give you a fairly accurate estimate of how many photons per day you are providing... if >22DLI, you should have some minimal harvest... i've never grown at bottom of what is required, so i can't attest to quality of nugs (potency will mostly be genetics, but the good nug to larfy nug ratio is probably what will be most impacted by less light.) Less than 20-22DLI and the plant won't grow at some point and if it does produce a haves will be utter trash. Now, larfy/trashy buds can still be used for edibles and extracts of high quality. So, depending on yor intended use a not so good nug is no problem. And, free is still 'free' sorta... you still spend your time and effort on it. may need to try it and then decide if it is worth your time. If the sun isn't direclty on the plants, i'd reduce whatever resulting % you calculate quite a bit further. A free lux app -- comparing measurement outside to what the light gets can be used on the ratio to reduce calculated DLI further from above in a more accurate way. so, (inside (at plant) / outside) * (hours of light / total hours of light in day for time of year) * regional DLI from dli map. = rough estimate of DLI provided. simple, really.. takes 5 mins to know without much guessing, but still just a ballpark figure... do it on a sunny day... do it on a cloudy day to further resolve (how many cloudy days / sunny days to further reduce estimate to a more accurate value)
