Don't waste any more time with this. This is an auto. She will not recover. It is better to start over. Your soil looks likes it has a lot of compost. May be it has too much fertilizer in it. Too much nitrogen kills root. Plant stunt. It put up flower and never grow. Look up soil formula for cannabis. For auto, less is more. If this were a photo period, then yes you can start over.

If your reasoning of 24h with autoflowering is good but only if things go well, sometimes a good 4h rest allows the plant to grow much more; it rests, regenerates, and stretches to seek light! With 24h this doesn't happen, obviously the times might be 4-5 days shorter but trust me, it's not worth it; you can also do 18h/6.

Absolutely yes, my advice is to cut the cord and leave the plant straight; it's already in flowering and won't grow much more, so it's pointless to tie it. Try giving it 20 hours of light and nitrogen for 4 days.
