Something happening on final stage. Please help!!!! Should I harvest sooner and try to save it?

Final stage before harvesting and leaves of one specific bud are looking burned/dead all of the sudden in the last 2 days.. I am concerned is it a disease? Nothing on the rest of the plants and other leaves though... have another plant with mold issues but no sure if related?

Hey if you can try and look near the stem of that girl and check for mold. Sometime that’s why the leaves are dying in that one section of the plant. Or it just could be the plant is coming to the end of her life cycle. Great job

If you have old drying leaves contacting any bud sites, pluck them out. They can cause bud rot. If you have any buds that you grab with your finger and it pulls off easily then that is what bud rot does. I dont think it is but you can check the way I said. Also check your trichs for colour change, shes near ready now. Cheers
