I would say the ph in your medium is out. Also to much nutrients so some lockout going on. The clawing of your leaves is a sign to overfeed. Flush with proper ph water check your ec and refeed at acceptable levels. Cheers

Moist build up at bottom - overwatered I believe this seedling had too much moist. The soil was moisty when I filled the pot.
