Leaves turn yellow/lightbrown, already flushed gave extra calmag. No other plants in the same space/conditions have this problem.

Looks like a boron deficiency, which would be unusual in soil.
I'd wager pH is off. Or, if you aren't saturating entirity of substrate, dry pockets could be wreaking havoc.
Even if treated exactly the same as other pots, different microbial environments do result, and that directly imapcts pH, all other factors remaining the same.

Brown spots, PH in run-off is in the high end (6.5~)I see some brown spots on my leaves. I thought it was Calcium Deficiency caused by too low PH so I gave them PH 6.5~ with 30% run-off, and run-off shows at least the same PH so I think it is not too low PH, could it be caused by something else? Leaves keep turning brown and yellowIt all begann with what I thought was light burn. I then considered it CalMag deficiency. Giving it CalMag did not stop it.
My current guess is too low pH due to strip inaccuracies, so I gave it around 8 today instead.

Nutrient Lockout or Nitrogen deficiency (i.e need more nutes) or Fungus (see stems)My leaves are yellow but some are turning green. Do they need more nutrients or lockout? I have not gone above 1EC but have seen both strains handling 1.5EC+ in other diaries. All three plants are drinking the water in trays.
