How old is she?
First things I'd check are the soil and then the nutrients.
The soil looks like it could do with better aeration but to me she looks hungry.

Old/Bottom leaves is dying off at the edge ?So these are the oldest leaves my plant has, the rest is fine.The edges are dying off and i don't know why, can anyone help ? Leaves looking a bit discoloured and wilting slightly, what could be causing it?Leaves are drooping a bit and slightly discoloured, especially when comparing it to the other plant.
