Leaf Spots, weak color, and leaf ripple

Please help me identify possible causes of this: small spots on leaves, minor color fade (not burn) along edges, and strange 'ripple' effect.
A user commented that he thought my plants looked deficient but hasn't elaborated further yet.
What might this be? Multiple issues?

Hi mate that looks like she needs some cal mag. Be careful when adding cal mag as it contains nitrogen so I'd lower your usual N dosage a little.

Could be a phosphorus problem starting. I'm not familiar with your nute line up but you may need to start adding a bloom nutes.

What deficiency is this ?What is happening to my plant right now ?
I believe it is calcium deficiency also could be Manganese from the pictures. I did not add CalMag during the first weeks.
Usually Calcium deficiency shows after 4 weeks and during flower but not likely in soil.
Started around 6th week

Why do my plants only have that light greenish yellowish look at the top and why is one of my plants also having those sick leaves at the bottom?2 of my 3 plants are a bit yellow-ish at the top since about a week. Plant 1 also had a couple of sick leaves at the bottom that I did remove. Those leaves had brown/dark spots, felt dry like paper, had very purple stems and did smell more like hay. Autos reacting to All-Mix: Slight nitrogen overload?Pheno one showed very "leathery", weak, hanging leaves of dark green. Same time the fungus gnats had a run and the population doubled. After second LST also the stronger plant showed those signs on the younger upper leaves. Also curled down a little. Slight nitrogen toxicity?
