ph: 5.91 - pretty sure that's in the perfect range for hydro

Water InfoWhat water is everyone using?
I've been using spring water at pH 6.5 because my taps reading 8.3. Should I purchase a pH up/down? Also I'm growing in soil & heard pHing is not necessary just let tap water sit for 48hrs?

Humidity too low, any ways getting 60% without a humidifier?I am struggling to get my humidity high enough as it keeps trying to fall to 30-40% and I'd like it to be above 60% - any good tips how to do this and how much it will affect the plant? Tell friendsIt's my first hydroponic planting. Cookie R2 has 9 nodes in total (I even thought it would die) The biggest mistake is making the cold water alternate to normal temperature, causing the plants to stunt. I thought for a long time that the trunk was so small.Week 5

Ventilation. For 2x2 help please, do i need a carbon filter set up? Broken/damaged stem at nodeIs this a good enough job to repair a partial broken stem w/ cotton twine?
Stem broke at the base of the node. Still firmly attached/stands on its own before being tied. Could even move the whole plant when manipulated. The damage has to be 24 hours old.
