Well, you can try organic teas or bottled organic nutes. Lots of options these days on the latter. I take it you are in some type of super soil? Perfectly fine to recharge it with beneficial microbes, organic top dress amendments, etc. I’m a big fan of teas. Here’s a link to an older article which can act as a primer for you. You can find compost tea extract in a bottle on Amazon these days. Start with that, high quality water, some molasses, an air stone and a 5 gallon bucket. You can build it up from there. That’s just a starting point. https://www.leafly.com/news/growing/compost-tea-recipe-and-benefits-for-cannabis Unfortunately there’s not much of an organic focus here beyond a small group of very talented growers, some of whom I’m sure will be along to provide additional advice for you. The site isn’t optimized for tracking organic inputs unlike their synthetic alternatives...really wish it was. Hope this helps. Good luck!

Your soil will be fine unless you overdose it with non organic chemical fertilizers. The leaf you are showing looks to me like damage caused by the leaf hitting something like the edge of the pot while the fan is blowing on it. Really, nothing to stress about. As for great organic nutrients, personally, I can recommend and swear by "Bio-Vega" made by Bio-Canna for use during the grow/veg cycle, also some of the "Bio-Diesel" range put out by Sensi, such as "Super Natural". "Flora Nova Bloom" one part nutrient is really good for flowering, especially when combined with the Sensi Bio-Diesel Bloom Booster or Bat Guano tonic. Most of these are pretty strong, and half dilution rates works a treat. It is also much better for your plants to get two feedings of half strength, rather than just one feeding of full strength. Gently does it with cannabis. Your plants are living organic beings, not machines! Hope this helps... Organoman.
