Give her a good drink of plain water and see what happens would be my first step in trying to evaluate what is going on with her. There is not a lot of information in your diary about what you are doing exactly, but I would suggest 250ml of water is not quite enough. You want the whole pot full of soil to be moist after a good watering, not just wet near the plants' stem. Roots travel a remarkable distance out from the main stem, and if the soil near the edges of the pot are dry, the roots will die off/not grow any further. This obviously leads to your plant being thirsty and this may account for the droopy leaves. Hope this helps... Organoman.
