What are you going to do if I say yes? Throw it away? Seriously though, to me they look over ripe, but some people prefer heavy sleepy pot. If you are asking if they look mature enough for harvest, my answer would be yes. By the time all the hairs (pistils) have gone brown, the plant is close to death, with lowered THC quality and with more CBD and CBN content, accounting for the heavy sleepy narcotic type of stone, typical of over ripe flowers. If you prefer a more "up" high, try harvesting your plants when there are still 5-10% white hairs (pistils) still on your plant, this is when the plants' THC quality is at its purest and the THC has not started decomposing into CBD and CBN.
