It is called foxtailing and I have never seen it actually put out a new branch. Light, heat and budding for too long can cause foxtailing. Some plants it naturally occurs near the end...Cheers

What causes airy buds outdoors?I noticed that all my sativa doms develop airy buds/popcorn/singlecalyx/dr ginspoon kinda buds oudoors. I dont really like that cause of the stem to bud ratio. When to harvest. Amber trichomes but white pistils.I was surprised to find about 10% amber trichomes on each of these 4 plants today. 2 GMO cookies and 2 Purple #1 by Dutch Passion.
One of the plants has some amber trichomes but almost all of the pistils are still white.

Harvest or leave go for 2-3 more weeksLight burned buds only 6 weeks into flowering (8 week flower). What to do? Harvest? I corrected the light issue, which I think caused this. Should I still try to let them go a few more weeks? What happens after all the white pistils go brown?

Hermaphrodites or bananas?Finished week 5 of flowering- just wondering if anyone sees signs of herming or bananas.
