Light distance for Seedlings

My question is my 2 seeds have popped out and I am using 3- 8.5 watt 5000K LED lights to light them up. Both plants are under humidity domes so how far should I put the lights above them? I have them in a make shift grow tent for now as my regular tent is finishing up a grow.

Probably just above the top of your dome. That's not much and you want to keep them from stretching out too far. As long as it dont push to much heat 5 inches + 🤘😤

I would place them around 20-40cm depending on the seedling state/growing

Bloom light on heat goes too high?When turning on the bloom setting the temps seem to be getting up to 84 on the very top of my tent and around 80-82 by the bud sites.
Is this too high? Is there any problem turning the bloom high power switch off to let it cool down for a half hour once or 2 a day if too hot?Setup. Lighting

Light scheduleSo I got a new timer and messed up schedule. Plants got 16 hrs of light, turned lights out as soon as I noticed (5am).
11am-11pm light.(5 weeks into flower)
Should I let plants have 12hrs dark now and resume 12-12 , or let lights come on at 11am(6hrs dark)

Will a 1000w LED be enough for flowering?Im about to start my 3rd ever grow, now I cant get enough of it. For my last 2 grows, in a 90x90x200 tent, I've has a MARS Hydro TS 1000w LED for Veg / 600w HPS for Flowering.... Can I use only the LED throughout? The heat from the HPS is crazy.
